Can I cancel or modify my order? 

To make a return, you must return your package to the address provided by our after-sales service within 7 days after receipt of the product: shoesbyiara1@gmail.com

The products must obviously be unused and in their original boxes.

Please note that return costs are not covered by our site.

Money back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your order, you are protected by a 14-day money back guarantee. 

A typical refund can take up to 21 days. 

This corresponds to the 14 day period you have to make your return as well as the 7 working days for processing by our payment processor.

Payments can be made by credit card.

What should I do if I have not received my order even though the order tracking indicates that it was delivered?

Shoesbyiara is no longer liable in the event of an error or omission on the part of the carrier. The dispute must therefore be carried out with this one.
